Student, parent, and teacher data is used solely to:
- Manage admissions, classes, attendance, and academic results
- Communicate announcements, fee notices, and school updates
- Process online fee payments securely
- Improve the safety and quality of our services
3. Data Protection & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/SSL) and stored on secure cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls. Only authorized staff can view sensitive records.
4. Login & Authentication Privacy
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Sessions are protected with secure tokens and automatically expire after periods of inactivity.
5. Payment Information Protection
We do not store credit/debit card or mobile money credentials on our servers. All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
6. Sharing of Information
We never sell your data. Information is only shared with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors) who are contractually bound to protect it.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the school administration.
